Service Description

Replacement of a a lockset assembly per door. Customer provides handle. Pricing is for up to two doors - Remove existing trim, handle set, cylinder and strike plate. Install new cylinder, handle set, strike plate and trim. Adjust strike plate for secure closing. Does not include costs for modifying backset, cutting new cylinder bore or strike plate mortises. Replacement hardware cost not included. All work to be completed on door in installed location. Labor only
